CAN I SHIP MY ORDER INTERNATIONALLY?
POSTAGE INFORMATION
Sheik Stones does ship internationally! We are based in Australia just so you know. If your country doesn't appear as a shipping option, please contact us to find an available courier.

Tracked International Shipping (some restrictions) up to 500g - $18.20

*for safety and security only tracked shipping is available for international orders, if you would like un-tracked shipping please send a request via the contact page.
When you place an order items will be mailed out within 3-5 working days (most times even sooner). If placing an order on a Friday, it will be shipped on the following Monday. Depending on the shipping option you choose, delivery date estimates may appear via email.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight based. This ensures the safety of your parcel as most crystal items are fragile, Sheik Stones will package your items to the best of our abilities to prevent damage during its journey to you

No Tracking Shipping inside Australia up to 50g - $3.50 (only available on small orders)

Tracked Shipping inside Australia up to 5kg - $8.95

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
As much as I would love to; there are no Returns or Refunds for change of mind decisions. I am not a big business this is a personal hobby of mine that I enjoy sharing, by purchasing I assume you want the product and understand what it is. Contact me about any item should you be curious or if you would like to know more about its details, I'd love to help you find exactly what you're after, or even make it for you!

If for any reason your are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me as soon as possible and I will do everything I can to ensure you are happy with your experience.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT?
On the unlikely occurrence an item arrives arrives damaged, broken, unusable or not as described and pictured, please notify Sheik Stones within 2 weeks with photographic evidence and we will provide a replacement of the same item/s or replace it with a similar item/s.

If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value, store credit or a suitable refund.

The damaged item/s must be returned in order to receive the alternate exchanged item or refund. You will be required to return the damaged item/s, at your own cost using a trackable shipping method. Upon receiving the item/s your refund or replacement parcel will be processed (excluding the shipping costs). Feel free to keep any gifts included with your initial purchase.
